Highburton Babies & Toddlers

Tel: 01484 606065 (village hall)

Highburton babies and toddlers is a local voluntary run community group for parents, grandparents and carers with babies or pre-school children.  It operates during term time on a Tuesday afternoon from 1.30 -3.15pm (£1.50 per parent and child, 50p for each extra child).  The children have access to a really good range of toys and activities including role play, ride-ons and baby toys.  Each session includes a creative activity such as play dough, chalks, collage, biscuit decorating, seasonal crafts or other ‘messy play’.  Adults can chat over a cuppa while children enjoy mixing with other local children, sitting together for refreshments and joining in a lively sing-song to finish.  In fine weather the group makes use of the secure outdoor play area at Burton Village Hall.  We always love to see new faces so come along and give it a try. Your first session is free and we’re sure your child will have a great time.

The group has been operating in excess of 35 years and it’s a great way of getting yourself and your child involved in village life. If you think you can help and donate some of your time, please get in touch with us either via facebook/highburtonbabiesandtoddler
